Any suggestions or tips for forward roll release in bowling?
Hello…I’m working on using a forward roll release in my bowling game, instead of a standard side roll release…I’m trying to improve my consistency- if anyone out there has any tips, let me know- and thanks in advance

The biggest thing to help with consistency is to do everything the same every time. And one big factor is to make sure you are hitting the same mark every time by watching the ball roll over it. And to reach out towards your target will help a lot also.
