Hey guys i went bowling today and i tried to hook my bowling shot. I have read other answers that you dont flick a spin with your wrist but do something else. Im kinda confused because when i see other bowlers, they dont even look like they put their fingers in the holes or is it what i have heard the fingertip grip? or soemthing. Anyways a few tips on how to hook the ball. Thanks!

I Need Help With My Hook, I Use 2 Fingers Because I Don’t Like Using My Thumb It Gets In The Way Of My Hook. I’ve Been Bowling 2 Finger Hook For About 3 Months Now, And I Average 110-115. I Don’t Have My Own Ball Yet And I’ve Been Looking Around Any Tips? I Use 10-12 Lbs. I Do Need A Relatively Low Cost Ball 75 And Down.

I’ve had this bowling ball for a couple of years now, and I always bowled full fingers. well last week i used a house ball with finger grips and saw my scores rise 20+ pins, Now I want a finger tip ball. Is it possible to add grips to my old ball?

i bowled in a tournament today and this guy bowling next to me had very small finger holes. they didnt have the rubber inserts and i was wondeing if anyone knew what this was called
yes i know what the finger tip inserts are i was just wondering why this guy didnt have them in and had his fingers holes smaller than a regular finger tip ball.

I’m a beginner and when I bowl, my hands hurt and I’m not sure if its because I’m not use to it, using too big of a ball or what. I tried an 8 pound ball, but my fingers didn’t fit, the 10 ball wouldn’t stop spinning and so far, the 12 ball, I had the best luck with, but my score was at highest 50-70 and I was wondering…

what are some tips and how can I improve my score? I’m right handed.

i bowl frequently and my middle finger is starting to go numb and im just wondering if i were just to cut the fingers off latex gloves and use them to help my grip a bit so i wouldnt be gripping my ball as much

Im a bowler and ive been bowling in my school for 3 years. ive started finger tip bowling over the past 2 years and the skin is wearing down on my fingers and if i want to get ANY hand on the ball they have to be COMPLETELY dry, any advice? products , technique changes ? idk?

I’m 13 and I haven’t gone bowling in a couple of years…Which fingers (besides your thumb) do you put in those three holes in the ball? I’m not even sure I can throw it right…lol…Does anyone have tips?
