I just joined the bowling team as a freshman, I currently have a 150 average but its not good enough to be one of the "best" on the team. I’m decent at picking up spares, but when it comes to strikes I usually get about 1-3 a game and I would like some where between 4-6.

I don’t have any video or links of me actually bowling, but do you have any tips that you feel help you bowl much better quickly?

im 20.
i have only been bowling 5 times in my life. i am a beginner at it.
last time i went i remmeber the bowling ball was rather heavy so i picked a light ball. (is there anything wrong with that)

please give me hot tips on bowling to get good strikes

Last time I went bowling I scored 758 points (which includes 15 strikes and 7 spares), but I got a huge blister on my bowling thumb. When asked the guy at the desk for a bandage, he pulled one out, flashed in the front of my face and taunted me, "Who’s your daddy?" I got the bandage, but I never want to be embarassed again, so any tips on how I can bowl good without getting a blister? Please give me a lot of answers people!!

yeah, it INCLUDES 15 strikes and 7 spares, but I didn’t get ALL strikes and spares.

anyone figure out a method for getting strikes all the time

I’m not talking about the actual game play, I’m talking about the training mode. In the training where the number of pins increase each time and a strike gives you double the points. Does anyone have any tips for this training, specifically any tips for getting strikes with the high number pins counts.
